Leadership Development

We design and deliver comprehensive programs tailored for managers and supervisors as well as high potential individuals from diverse functions and / or from a targeted career stream. Our programs include a series of intensive high impact workshops spread across the year, incorporating both topical training and benchmarking external leaders and organizations. We also support participants with coaching in between workshops to accelerate learning and development.

With our extensive network of clients, colleagues and we are consistently able to identify powerful leaders across government and private industry to serve as benchmarks on a variety of business and technical topics.

In addition, we work with clients to integrate and strengthen aspects of the program that are managed internally including communication to managers and supervisors of participants, selection of candidates, use of rotational assignments to broaden experience, and design of "re-entry strategies" to leverage participants' newly acquired skills and experience.

Following are three examples of our work:
• The world's premier international women's leadership program – the International Women's Forum Fellows Program,
• A leading cross-Agency leadership program for the U.S. Federal Government - the Partnership for Public Service Excellence in Government Fellows Program, and
• A series of premier leadership programs at NASA that are used as a model worldwide – the NASA Leadership Development Program (LDP) and the Systems Engineering Leadership Development Program (SELDP).
