Executive Assistant
As the Executive Assistant to Cindy Zook, Elisabeth is responsible for client relationship management and operations support. She brings an extraordinary customer service commitment and strong organizational skills to everything she does. Elisabeth works directly with clients in capturing and synthesizing work products onsite during workshops. She also recruits, trains, schedules and oversees the admin support team for Cindy Zook Associates.
Elisabeth has always chosen to work in positions where she serves and supports others. After a decade of service in the food industry, Elisabeth joined Cindy Zook Associates (CZA) because she was attracted to the clients and nature of the work.
During her internship in college, Elisabeth started her family. Working for CZA provides Elisabeth the opportunity to be an active mother as well as have a career doing something she is passionate about with her team and the clients they serve.
Elisabeth received her A.A. in Elementary Education from Florida State College in Jacksonville. She lives in Herndon, Virginia with her husband, Alex, a professional chef and her two young daughters, Sophie and Annabelle.
